Leon Oranskiy (also spelled Oransky) is nearly a 30-year veteran of the real estate and lending industry and the founder of Condo Pros Realty, a division of Pacific Coast Realty created to serve the specialized needs of condominium and townhouse buyers, sellers, and owners.

Leon established Condo Pros Realty out of a simple recognition: selling condos and townhomes well requires a distinct set of knowledge and expertise. From HOA documents, reserve studies, and special assessments to lender condo-approval requirements, insurance and warrantability issues, and the financing hurdles unique to attached housing, condominium transactions carry complexities that standard residential sales do not. Condo Pros Realty was built specifically to navigate them, protecting clients' interests and closing transactions smoothly where less-specialized agents often stumble.

That focus is backed by one of the deepest résumés in Southern California real estate. Leon began his career in 1997 as an agent with Paramount Properties in Northridge, California, ranking among his office's top producers by the end of his second year. Over the following 17 years at a firm of more than 1,000 agents, he remained a consistent top producer, closing over 500 transactions with sales volume exceeding $350 million. In 2019 he founded Pacific Coast Realty, a boutique brokerage serving sellers, buyers, and investors throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties, with Condo Pros Realty as its dedicated condominium and townhome division.

Leon's expertise extends well beyond brokerage. He is the founder or co-founder of Pacific Trust Escrow, one of California's premier independent escrow companies; Pacific Capital Funding Corp., a private money lending firm; and LendingPlace, a full-service mortgage brokerage specializing in conventional and Non-QM loans. He has also serviced over 200 REO properties for national banks and asset managers and participated in more than 50 renovation and construction projects. For condo and townhome clients, that breadth means one advisor who understands not just the sale, but the financing, the escrow, and the property condition - every moving part of the deal under one roof.
